The Three-Eyed Deity Cult is a mystical association with members embedded across Thai society, primarily centered in Bueng Kan District, Nong Khai Province. A young woman named Nuan (Chalita Suansane) was hired by the cult to conceive a male heir through a ritualistic union with the cult leader, ensuring the continuation of their esoteric practices. During this union, the leader transferred his mystical knowledge into Nuan's womb. However, complications arose when Nuan became pregnant with twins—a boy and a girl. The spiritual energy intended for the male heir was absorbed by the female fetus, leading to the male twin's demise in utero. Following this, Nuan was instructed to create a "Kuman Thong" (a spirit effigy) from the deceased male fetus and to raise the surviving daughter with care until adulthood. The cult planned for the daughter, once mature, to partake in another ritual union with the leader, thereby producing a new heir to inherit and perpetuate the cult's mystical teachings.
