Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid

A research team sponsored by Wexel Hall Pharmaceuticals ventures into the jungles of Borneo in pursuit of Perrinnia immortalis, also known as the Blood Orchid, believed to possess life-extending properties. Led by Dr. Jack Byron and accompanied by guide Captain Bill Johnson, the group faces immediate challenges when Byron insists on navigating a treacherous route. Gail Stern is attacked by a crocodile after falling into the water but is rescued by Bill. The expedition suffers further setbacks when their boat is destroyed after going over a waterfall. Tensions rise as a massive anaconda emerges, killing team member Dr. Ben Douglas, prompting most of the group to demand the mission’s cancellation. Seeking assistance, they contact Bill’s acquaintance, John Livingston, only to discover his boat destroyed and signs of an attack. The team's survival becomes increasingly precarious, overshadowing their original scientific objectives as they contend with the dangers of the jungle and the predatory threat posed by the giant snake.
