The National Tokyo Microbiology Institute in Nishitama City, Tokyo, has been targeted in a serious attack by an armed group of seven individuals. The assailants infiltrated the facility, seized a highly secured lethal bacterium, and detonated explosives within the institute before fleeing the scene. The organization behind the attack issued a statement declaring, "We have obtained the deadly bacteria and will take further action within seven days." Meanwhile, in a separate development, Jirokichi Suzuki has once again issued a challenge to the infamous Phantom Thief, Kaito Kid. Suzuki has invited Kid to steal the renowned "Lady of the Sky," a precious gemstone ring embedded within the world’s largest airship, "BELL TREE I." True to his reputation, Kaito Kid has accepted the daring challenge, setting the stage for another high-stakes confrontation. Authorities are now faced with dual crises: addressing the imminent threat posed by the stolen bacterium and managing the security risks surrounding Suzuki's audacious challenge.
