In 2019, the Indian Government made a significant constitutional decision by revoking Article 370, which had granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir. This political move had far-reaching consequences, including its impact on General Qadir, a terminally ill Pakistani Army officer. Driven by a desire for retribution against India, Qadir aligned himself with a private terrorist organization known as Outfit X to orchestrate his plans. Fast forward to 2022, Pathaan, an elite RAW agent, undertakes a mission in Africa where he successfully apprehends Raafe, an arms dealer who is shocked to discover Pathaan's survival. Back in India, RAW officer Nandini Grewal provides insights into Pathaan's past during an internal briefing, prompted by the discovery of a critical piece of information. The unfolding narrative highlights the complex interplay of international relations, espionage, and personal vendettas shaping the actions and decisions of key players involved.
