Chizuko, a reserved young girl visiting her grandfather, encounters Berry Blossom, a magical girl tasked with protecting the city. Instantly captivated by Berry's charm and heroism, Chizuko becomes enamored with her. However, the battles between Berry and the leader of the nefarious organization "Fossa Magna," Kroma, lack excitement and depth, leaving Chizuko increasingly dissatisfied. Her desire to witness Berry's true potential grows stronger, fueled by the belief that greater adversity could elevate Berry's brilliance. This yearning gradually transforms into a questionable ambition, leading Chizuko down a darker path. Driven by her wish to see Berry shine brighter, she begins to consider actions that might intensify the challenges faced by the magical girl, inadvertently aligning herself with forces that oppose Berry's mission.
